Paleo Bread Recipe – Biscuits recipe


 This one, for grain-free biscuits, is a fantastic addition to a meal now and then. It’s versatile too. Use it to make an egg sandwich, cover with almond butter, or drizzle a little maple syrup over it for a sweet treat. Enjoy!

Paleo Biscuits
  • 1/3 coconut flour
  • 5 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar

 Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix coconut flour, coconut oil, eggs, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add baking soda, then apple cider vinegar and mix again.
  • Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet. Spread the batter into a round disc shape, about 1/4 inch thick. 
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes, until cooked through. Cool a bit before serving.
