Grain free Chocolate Chips biscuit


In paleo diet grains are strict no-no but that does not stop you from enjoying your favorite cookies. I hope you like it.

 Ingredients:

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, honey and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients slowly to dry ingredients and beat until mixed thoroughly. Add the coconut oil and blend until combined. Stir the chocolate chips. Take a tablespoon size of cookie dough and drop on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
